Rise and Shine
“Rise & Shine” is a mural designed and painted by Collin Williamson in August of 2020. Collin is a local Manhattanite, K-State grad, and talented illustrator. Incite commissioned Collin to create a series of pet-related installations around town. “Rise & Shine” can be found by the Riley County Courthouse, tucked away on the side of a private structure. This installment is a comical take on his dog Dodger’s perspective.
